Multi-genre cellist, Eric Eaton, teaches and performs from his home base in New York City, where he has appeared at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, 54 Below, Mercury Lounge, Webster Hall and Pacha. In demand as a creative and intuitive ensemble player, Mr. Eaton is an artist with Lincoln Center Stage Holland America, regularly performs with the New York Chamber Players, New Haven Symphony Orchestra, Empire Orchestra, Orchestra of the Bronx and Urban Playground Chamber Orchestra and works as a recording artist. Recordings include work on albums with Lawrence Trailer, Hillary Capps, Jenna Marotta, Napoleon and Shakira. In 2012 he performed with saxophonist, Dave Liebman, as part of the Manhattan School of Music Jazz Ensemble, appearing on the album, “Sky Changes”. He toured the country in 2014-15 with the national production of Camelot. He has been a teaching artist with the Bridge Arts Ensemble, working with school districts in the Adirondacks, and maintains a private studio in New York City.
