About the Lyra Music Festival:
The Lyra Music Festival is an outstanding series of summer classical music events based in Northampton, MA. Each July Lyra Music brings together world class musicians, talented young string players and pianists and an exceptional faculty of professional musicians and educators for concerts, masterclasses and outreach performances. The 2018 Lyra Music Festival is supported in part by grants from the Amherst, Easthampton, South Hadley and Springfield Cultural Councils and the Northampton Arts Councils, local agencies which are supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency; the Associated Chamber Music Players; and Dean’s Beans Organic Coffee.
